COMO SHAMBHALA BATH

This cleansing treatment works to gently exfoliate and soften the skin. After dry brushing the body, specially prepared COMO Shambhala body scrub infused with Shea butter, essential oils, almond, coconut, macadamia nut oils is applied to the body. After a rinse in an invigorating bath, this treatment concludes with a relaxing COMO Shambhala Massage and a choice of healthy juice from COMO Shambhala.
 

COMO SHAMBHALA DETOXIFYING SKIN TREATMENT

Detox and revive tired skin with this invigorating treatment designed to help improve circulation and skin tone. Using our signature products to exfoliate and moisturise, this efficacious therapy stimulates lymph flow to restore a healthy glow. A deep polish using our salt and sugar scrub is followed by a refreshing shower and then completed with the application of our signature moisturising lotion. The treatment can be enhanced with the addition of an hour-long COMO Shambhala Massage to further stimulate the body’s natural detoxifying functions.

LANNA HERITAGE FULL BODY COMPRESS

This traditional treatment is performed with hot compresses of healing aromatic herbs and spices. Utilising warm boluses filled with up to 12 different traditional herbs, specialised movements are applied to massage the body improving circulation and soothing muscular aches and pains. This full body treatment will leave you feeling completely rejuvenated and restored.
 

LANNA HERITAGE BODY SCRUB

The traditional herbal preparation in this body scrub only aids in renewing the skin, but also stimulates and boosts the immune systems. Lemongrass and galangal stimulates circulation and nourish the skin. The treatment commences with a dry body brushing technique that honours the lymph flow, followed by the application of this gentle exfoliating scrub. This treatment concludes with a soothing COMO Shambhala Massage.
